Pinal County Sheriff’s Office Public Records Request Fee Update
Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) Sections 11-251.08, the Records Department of the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office is amending its standard fees for the video footage portion of public records requests to conform with new legislation codified as A.R.S. §39-129.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Pinal County Board of Supervisors at 9:30 a.m. on 20 day of March, 2024, in the Board of Supervisor’s Hearing Room located at The 1891 Courthouse, 135 North Pinal Street, Florence, Arizona 85132, to consider:
Approval and update of the revised Fee Schedule for the Records Department of the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office.

ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THIS MATTER MAY APPEAR AND SPEAK AT THE PUBLIC HEARING AT THE DATE, TIME AND PLACE DESIGNATED ABOVE.
