Kate Milewski has been with the Public Defender's office since 2013, having spent over six years as a prosecutor with the County before that.

She is a graduate of DePaul University College of Law J.D., 2004; Admitted State Bar of Arizona 2006; Admitted Illinois State Bar 2004; Downs Law Offices, P.C., Chicago, IL, 2004-2006; Pinal County Attorney’s Office 2007-2013; Pinal County Public Defender’s Office since 2013.

Graduate from Florence High School; Associates of Arts Degree at Central Arizona College; Bachelors in Criminal Justice at Arizona State University; Graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University; Admitted to the State Bar of Arizona 1994; experience in law as a prosecutor, private practitioner, and as a public defender. Dedicated to the community and residents of Pinal County.
