    Graduate from Florence High School; Associates of Arts Degree at Central Arizona College; Bachelors in Criminal Justice at Arizona State University; Graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University; Admitted to the State Bar of Arizona 1994; experience in law as a prosecutor, private practitioner, and as a public defender. Dedicated to the community and residents of Pinal County.

    Mary Dreyer

     Graduate of Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis, 1987; admitted in Indiana and in United States District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, 1987; admitted Arizona State Bar, 1996. Received James W. Mahoney Award from Arizona State Bar Juvenile Law Section, June 2015.


  4. Anne Elsberry

    Attorney

    Anne returned to Arizona in 1993 to attend the University of Arizona College of Law, after earning her bachelor’s degree at Pomona College. She earned her juris doctor, cum laude, from the University of Arizona in 1996. After law school she served as a law clerk to Chief Justice Stanley Feldman at the Arizona Supreme court and later as a career law clerk to the late District Court Judge William Browning. After twelve years in private practice focusing on criminal defense, appeals, juvenile and family law in Pima and Cochise counties, she worked for the Pima County Legal Defenders Office from 2017-2023. She joined the Pinal County Public Defenders Office in 2023.

    Graduate of the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, J.D., 2009. Historian for Phi Delta Phi legal ethics fraternity, founding member of Oral Advocacy Organization. Judicial law clerk to the Hon. Edgar Acuna, Pima County Superior Court. Judicial law clerk to the Hon. Jeffrey Bergin, Pima County Superior Court. Pro Bono attorney at Southern Arizona Legal Aid: senior attorney of CHPB Unit, public benefits recipient/applicant hearings, disability benefits hearings, represented tenants in evictions. Pima County Public Defender’s Office (Assistant Public Defender). Sabrina has dedicated her law career to pro bono work, representing those who can't normally afford access to our justice system. She strives to bring the justice system closer to the ideal championed by the notion of liberty and justice for all every day. She joined the Pinal County Public Defender in September 2023.
