Free Narcan Kits

Each year in Pinal County, hundreds of people overdose on opioid drugs. Whether these are prescription use overdoses, or overdoses from illicit drug use, it is possible to reverse the drug’s effect if caught in time.

Thanks to the Arizona Department of Public Health, we are able to provide Narcan, an overdose reversal nasal spray, free to the public without a prescription.

You may pick up the lifesaving overdose reversal medication at the following PCSO substation locations during normal business hours, with no questions asked.

Signs of an opioid overdose:

-unconsciousness

-very small pupils

-slow or shallow breathing

-vomiting

-inability to speak

-faint heartbeat

-limp arms and legs

-pale skin

-purple lips and fingernails
