The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Posse is an entirely volunteer unit dedicated to assisting sworn deputies in their law enforcement duties. The Patrol Posse provided crucial services to PCSO that keep daily operations running smoothly. Posse members transport arrestees, provide traffic control, provide security services at special events, assist Command Post and DUI van operations, and more.
Posse members must be a minimum of 21 years of age, must pass a background examination, among other requirements, and complete a 5-month training course.
