To obtain a dust permit for this area, choose one of the following options:

Please view the map to determine if your job location is within the borders designated as the Apache Junction PM10 Nonattainment Area.
Once in the map (Air Quality Viewer), enter the parcel number (with no dashes) of where your job is located. Once the parcel is shown on the map, select the parcel. If the job is located within the borders of the Apache Junction PM10 Nonattainment Area, the following link will be shown in the pop-up box: Apache Junction PM10 Nonattainment Area Dust Permit Application (PDF). Select the link to open up the application. Please download, complete and save the dust permit application and submit it either online (Dust Permit Access) or in-person (see office locations and hours on this page).
If you are not within the area located on the map, select the Dust Home option on the left side menu of this page to see if your construction project is within the General or West Pinal areas.
Note: All development activities that are 0.1 acre or more are required to submit a Site Permit Application, Site Plan, and a Site Dust Control Plan prior to any construction activities commencing.
