Liz is an accomplished Instructional designer, grant writer, and organizational change consultant. Her company, Career Horizons, focuses on developing training systems to help employees meet their potential. She is currently directing two conservation education centers as well as other projects.

I have long been passionate about helping people achieve their potential. PCWDB oversees important services for individuals and businesses to reach their goals.
